What is Jazzercise?
Jazzercise is a dance-based group fitness program that combines elements of jazz dance, strength training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. It was created in 1969 by Judi Sheppard Missett in the U.S. and quickly grew into a worldwide fitness movement. In short, it’s like an energetic dance party workout, where participants burn calories and tone muscles while moving to music.
