Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, caught in overthinking, or constantly stressed? You're not alone.

I’m Fani Wong, a registered psychotherapist who supports clients who feel weighed down by emotions, life transitions, or long-standing patterns they can’t break on their own.

With training in Expressive Arts Therapy, Music Education, Music Therapy, and Gerontology, I bring over ten years of experience working with adults, older adults, caregivers, and special education children in both community and clinical settings. My practice is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned.

My approach blends expressive arts, CBT, ACT, SFT, Philosophical Counselling, and I often integrate expressive arts and music-based tools to help clients connect with their emotions in gentle and creative ways.

Outside the therapy room, I’ve been writing under the pen name “Yanki” since 2014. My book “When We Getting Old” received the Hong Kong Biennial Publishing Award in Social Sciences (2023). I’ve also shared my work at international conferences and in professional publications, exploring topics such as mandala colouring for stress relief, expressive arts in long-term care, and movement-based approaches to wellbeing.
